Nova Terra Kitchen + Creamery was founded by husband-and-wife team Terri and Brook Penquite. With decades of experience in food and wine, they bring their love for hospitality, the environment and plant-based comfort food to Nova Terra. Their mission is to lead the way in plant-based innovation, change how plant-based dining is viewed, and inspire a healthier, more compassionate world by crafting foods with thoughtfully sourced ingredients that connect us to our roots and support the earth.
